At Bluefire-Lighting we are proud of our high quality LED light bulbs and LED light tube – and we back this up with an industry-leading 2 year warranty.  If your LED lighting product fails within this time, we will replace it with a like product free of charge.  In addition, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.  If you are unhappy with the LED lighting product that you received, for any reason, simply return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase.  We know you will be thrilled with the quality and efficiency of our LED light bulbs and LED light tube, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase knowing that we will stand behind our products.

Refund Policy 

Refund policy is depended on the sales term between end users and Bluefire-Lighting authorized resellers/retailers. Bluefire-Lighting will only provide repair or replacement services to end-users.

Repair or Replacement 

To complete your Repair or Replacement, we require a receipt and proof of purchase (UPC Code).

We only replace items if they are defective within 2 years of the purchase date.  If you need to exchange it for the same item,

send us an email at customerservice@bluefire-lighting.com and you will receipt our company reply email and request for a receipt and proof of purchase

before you send your item to:   3270 SELDON CT., #4 FREMONT, CA 94539 a RMA number must be issued in order to process the replacement.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  3270 SELDON CT., #4 FREMONT, CA 94539

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After we recipe your item, we will send out the replacement item as soon as possible.

All prices, products, terms & conditions are subject to change without notice. Some states or provinces/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages for consumer products, and some states or provinces/jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. In such states or provinces/jurisdictions, the exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state/jurisdiction to jurisdiction. You are advised to consult applicable state and provincial/local laws for a full determination of your rights.

Bluefire-Lighting warrants all Bluefire-Lighting LED products, LED Light bulb, LED Light tube, LED desk lamp with accompanying cables and adapters you have purchased from Bluefire-Lighting or from a Bluefire-Lighting authorized reseller/retailer to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

DOA (Dead On Arrival): Must be reported within 30 business days of purchase. A RMA number must be issued in order to process the replacement. Bluefire-Lighting will replace the DOA unit with a new replacement. Bluefire-Lighting will cover the freight charges one ways. The customer’s credit card number must be obtained before a replacement is sent. Bluefire-Lighting will ship out a advance replacement once receiving the customer’s credit card and charge the credit card the MSRP amount of the unit. A immediate credit to the credit card will be issued upon receipt of the faulty product.
